There are also a great deal of foreclosed or bank-owned properties for sale in Lee County at this time. These homes have been taken over by the lender and released for sale at market price; there is some but not a great deal of negotiability in the price that has been set by the bank. The condition of the properties varies; some have never been occupied and are in new condition.
